Fleet Manager guide
Follow these steps to register your company, activate your fleet and receive rides on the Partner Dashboard.
Register your company
Sign up on the Partner Dashboard and choose the Fleet Manager role. Enter your company name, legal form and fleet size.
Verify your company information
Review the three sections of your company profile:
- Company and contact details
- Address
- Tax and registration information
Upload your company documents
Four documents are required by default:
- ID, passport or driving licence of the manager
- Tax registration certificate
- Professional transport licence (VTC or the local equivalent for your country)
- Professional insurance certificate
Important: Documents must be valid, sharp and readable. Blurry or expired documents are rejected, which delays your activation.
Complete the training and pass the test
Read the short training module on our service standards, then take the test:
- 25 multiple choice questions, 8 minutes
- 21 correct answers out of 25 required to pass
- The test allows a maximum of 2 attempts, and no second attempt if you score below 12 out of 25 on the first.
Sign your partnership contract
Sign the partnership contract electronically. A signed copy is sent to you by email right after.
Account activation
After signature your documents are checked automatically, usually within the hour. You then manage your whole fleet from the Partner Dashboard.
Add your chauffeurs
Go to My Team then Add Driver, and register each chauffeur with their licence, professional card and documents.
Important: You add each chauffeur yourself. Chauffeurs do not sign up on their own.
Add your vehicles
Go to My Fleet then Add Vehicle, enter the details and photos, and assign each vehicle to a chauffeur. Each vehicle must be less than 4 years old, or less than 6 years for a Sprinter or a bus. Without an approved vehicle, you do not receive ride offers.
Your chauffeurs download the Driver app
Each chauffeur logs in to the Chauffeurs & Services Driver app with their own credentials to run their rides.
Important: As a Fleet Manager you do not use the Driver app: you receive and accept ride offers on the Partner Dashboard. If you also drive yourself, add yourself as a chauffeur.
Get paid
Your completed rides are paid by bank transfer at the end of each month. Make sure your bank details are filled in on your company profile.
Our partner team answers 7 days a week at partners@chauffeur-services.com
We are reachable by email only. Phone and WhatsApp are reserved for chauffeurs with a ride in progress: calls about anything else cannot be handled.
