Fleet Manager — 11 steps to onboard your company

You manage a company with multiple drivers. As Fleet Manager you will use two platforms: the Partner Dashboard (for onboarding) and GoodJourney (to manage your drivers and receive rides). You will never use the Driver mobile app — that's for your chauffeurs.

1

Register your company on the Partner Dashboard

Go to partners.chauffeur-services.com and click Register. Select "Fleet Manager". Fill in:

  • Your first name, last name, email, phone
  • Company name and corporation type (LLC, SARL, Ltd, etc.)
  • Fleet size (1, 2–5, or 5+ drivers)
  • A password (you'll use this to log back in)
Go to Register Step 1: Register your company on the Partner Dashboard
2

Review your company information

Once logged in, you land on the Review Info step. Verify all 3 sections — Company & Contact, Address, and Tax & Registration. Click Edit to fix anything, then Confirm & Continue.

Step 2: Review your company information
3

Upload your company documents

Upload the required documents for your country (4 required by default):

  • ID Card / Passport / Driver's license
  • Tax ID Certificate
  • VTC Certificate (Carte d'immatriculation pro)
  • Attestation d'assurance professionnelle

Important: All 4 documents are required to continue. They must be valid, clear, and readable. We reject blurry or expired files.

Step 3: Upload your company documents
4

Watch the training content

Read through the training module covering our service standards, customer greeting, airport pickups, and special situations. You'll be tested on it next.

Step 4: Watch the training content
5

Pass the training test

25 multiple-choice questions based on the training. Takes about 5–6 minutes.

Important: You need 21/25 to pass. You have a 6-minute timer. You can retake it if you fail.

Step 5: Pass the training test
6

Sign the partnership contract

After passing the test, you'll be redirected to SignWell to sign our partnership contract electronically. You'll receive a signed copy by email.

Step 6: Sign the partnership contract
7

Receive your GoodJourney credentials

Once your contract is signed, our team will create your Supplier account on GoodJourney (our fleet management system). You'll receive an email with:

  • Your GoodJourney login URL: cc.goodjourney.io
  • Your username and temporary password

Important: Check your spam folder. The email comes from GoodJourney, not from Chauffeurs & Services.

Step 7: Receive your GoodJourney credentials
8

Add your drivers in GoodJourney

Log in to cc.goodjourney.io. In the sidebar, go to Driver → Add. For each driver you employ, fill in:

  • First name, last name, email, phone
  • Driver's license number and expiry
  • VTC / professional license
  • Upload the driver's documents (license front/back, VTC card)

Repeat for every driver in your company.

Important: This is the step that most fleet managers miss. YOU must add each of your drivers yourself in GoodJourney — they do NOT register through the Partner Dashboard.

Open GoodJourney Step 8: Add your drivers in GoodJourney
9

Add your vehicles in GoodJourney

Still in GoodJourney, go to Vehicle → Add. For each vehicle, fill in:

  • Make, model, year, color, license plate
  • Vehicle type (sedan, van, SUV, luxury, first class)
  • Max passengers and max luggage
  • Photos (front, rear, interior)

Important: assign each vehicle to a driver you created in step 8.

Step 9: Add your vehicles in GoodJourney
10

Tell your drivers to download the app

Each driver you added in GoodJourney must download the Chauffeurs & Services Driver app and log in with the email you set for them:

Once their profile is verified, their status changes from "In review" to "Active" and they can start receiving rides.

Important: Your drivers must log in with the SAME phone number you entered for them in GoodJourney. Their temporary password is 12345678 — they can change it once logged in.

Get the Driver app (iOS) Step 10: Tell your drivers to download the app
