You drive yourself. You'll use two separate platforms with different credentials: the Partner Dashboard (steps 1–5, to pass the test and sign the contract) and the Driver mobile app / GoodJourney (steps 6–14, where you sign up separately and complete your profile).
Go to partners.chauffeur-services.com and click Register. Select "Independent Driver". You'll fill in:

Once logged in, you land on the Review Info step. Double-check your contact details and operation city are correct. Click Edit to fix anything, then Confirm & Continue.

Read the training module covering our service standards, greeting customers, airport pickups, and how to handle special situations. You'll be tested on it next.

25 multiple-choice questions based on the training. Takes about 5–6 minutes.
Important: You need 21/25 to pass. You have a 6-minute timer. You can retake it if you fail.

After passing the test, you'll be redirected to SignWell to sign our partnership contract electronically. Read it carefully — it contains the commercial terms. You'll receive a signed copy by email.

Open the app and tap Sign up at the bottom of the login screen. Fill in:
Check the reCAPTCHA, then tap Sign up.
Important: The Driver app is a SEPARATE system from the Partner Dashboard — different credentials. You'll create a new account here. For the phone number, use the SAME one you used on the Partner Dashboard so our team can match your profile.

After signing up, go back to the login screen. Enter your phone number and the temporary password 12345678. Tap the arrow to continue. You'll see a welcome screen reminding you of these credentials.
Important: Your temporary password is 12345678.

Once logged in, change your password to something personal. Enter 12345678 as the current password, then set a new one and confirm it. Tap Save.

Tap Start earning with Chauffeurs & Services, then fill in the Driver info form:
Tap Next when done.

Fill in your vehicle details:
Tap Next when done.

The bank account step is optional. You can skip it by tapping Next with empty fields, or fill it in now with Bank name, Account holder's name and Account number.
Important: You don't need to fill this in to continue. Just tap Next — you can add your bank details later from your profile once you start earning.

If you already uploaded your documents on the Partner Dashboard during onboarding, you can skip this step and tap Submit directly. Our team already has your files.
Otherwise, upload each required document:
Tap Submit.

You'll see an "Application in-review" screen. Our team validates your documents within 24–48 hours. Once validated, your status changes from "In review" to "Active" and you start receiving ride requests. You're set!
