Independent Driver — 14 steps to start receiving rides
You drive yourself. You'll use two separate platforms with different credentials: the Partner Dashboard (steps 1–5, to pass the test and sign the contract) and the Driver mobile app / GoodJourney (steps 6–14, where you sign up separately and complete your profile).
Register on the Partner Dashboard
Go to partners.chauffeur-services.com and click Register. Select "Independent Driver". You'll fill in:
- First name, last name, email, phone
- Country and city you operate in
- A password (you'll use this to log back in to the dashboard)
Review your information
Once logged in, you land on the Review Info step. Double-check your contact details and operation city are correct. Click Edit to fix anything, then Confirm & Continue.
Watch the training content
Read the training module covering our service standards, greeting customers, airport pickups, and how to handle special situations. You'll be tested on it next.
Pass the training test
25 multiple-choice questions based on the training. Takes about 5–6 minutes.
Important: You need 21/25 to pass. You have a 6-minute timer. You can retake it if you fail.
Sign the partnership contract
After passing the test, you'll be redirected to SignWell to sign our partnership contract electronically. Read it carefully — it contains the commercial terms. You'll receive a signed copy by email.
Sign up in the app
Open the app and tap Sign up at the bottom of the login screen. Fill in:
- Country (e.g. France)
- First name, last name, email, phone number
- Referral code (optional)
Check the reCAPTCHA, then tap Sign up.
Important: The Driver app is a SEPARATE system from the Partner Dashboard — different credentials. You'll create a new account here. For the phone number, use the SAME one you used on the Partner Dashboard so our team can match your profile.
Log in with your phone number
After signing up, go back to the login screen. Enter your phone number and the temporary password 12345678. Tap the arrow to continue. You'll see a welcome screen reminding you of these credentials.
Important: Your temporary password is 12345678.
Change your temporary password
Once logged in, change your password to something personal. Enter 12345678 as the current password, then set a new one and confirm it. Tap Save.
Step 1/4 — Complete your driver info
Tap Start earning with Chauffeurs & Services, then fill in the Driver info form:
- Profile photo
- Home address, city, state, zip code
- Date of birth
- Driver license number, state/province, expiry date
- City you drive in, company name
Tap Next when done.
Step 2/4 — Add your car info
Fill in your vehicle details:
- License plate
- Vehicle type (Business, First Class, Van, SUV, etc.)
- Owner name, Make, Model, Color, Year
- Passenger capacity, Luggage capacity
Tap Next when done.
Step 3/4 — Bank account (you can skip)
The bank account step is optional. You can skip it by tapping Next with empty fields, or fill it in now with Bank name, Account holder's name and Account number.
Important: You don't need to fill this in to continue. Just tap Next — you can add your bank details later from your profile once you start earning.
Step 4/4 — Upload your documents (you can skip)
If you already uploaded your documents on the Partner Dashboard during onboarding, you can skip this step and tap Submit directly. Our team already has your files.
Otherwise, upload each required document:
- Driver License — Front
- Driver License — Back
- VTC Card / Chauffeur Permit
- Vehicle Certificate of Insurance (+ expiry date)
- Vehicle Registration
- Photo of your vehicle (plate visible)
Tap Submit.
Wait for activation & start driving
You'll see an "Application in-review" screen. Our team validates your documents within 24–48 hours. Once validated, your status changes from "In review" to "Active" and you start receiving ride requests. You're set!
